We’ve declared Preventing Poet and City Champion at Southwell tomorrow night.  Preventing Poet makes his debut for The Adlestrop Membership and has been positioned on the all climate for us up to now.  Kaiya Fraser who will get on nicely with him takes the journey and claims 5 kilos.  He seems in good type though as ever the opposition is fairly robust.

City Champion ran nicely on his final look on the observe and though as soon as once more this can be a difficult contest, Clifford Lee takes the journey and hopefully he’ll construct on his final run.

Elfride (pictured) has been declared within the mares handicap hurdle at Chepstow on Saturday.  Harry Atkins takes the journey claiming seven kilos.  Harry rode out for us when he was a younger man and his mum Vicki is a key member of the Adlestrop staff.  Though Elfride is out of the handicap and it’s a robust sufficient race, she is getting loads of weight from the opposition.
